A non returnable deposit of one third of the total amount is payable on booking and the balance two weeks before arrival.

With the exeption of Winter breaks the cottages are bookable for a minimum of one week from 3pm on Saturday to 10am on Saturday of departure.

Elecrtricity and Heating is included in the price with logs and coal provided in the winter months. Bed linen is provided with all beds having sheets and continental quilts. Please bring your own towels and cot bedding.

As we have our own farm animals we very much regret we cannot accept pets.
